Biological treatment system equipment; It consists of pre-wash tower, final wash tower, filtration, storage tanks, activated carbon filter groups and exhaust fans.

The system works as follows

Exhaust air from spray booths, flash-offs and ovens is drawn in by a fan. VOCs and solid particles in the air are washed and retained by special nozzles in the first and second washing towers. This retained waste is broken down by bacteria in storage tanks and activated carbon filter groups. The air is then released into the atmosphere within the prescribed limits.
